We rely on your referrals! Thank you for passing on information about the CoHo team to your friends and colleagues. We will be happy to answer any of their questions, even if they are years away from buying or selling. Sending potential clients to the CoHo team can be the easiest fundraising you ever do. If you are outside of the Seattle area, we can help refer you to another agent and a significant portion of the referral fee will go towards helping housing nonprofits as well.
