How we do it

How is The CoHo Team able to be socially conscious and competitive?

1. A new breed of real estate agent. Plain and simple, our agents are willing to make less and work harder than they would as traditional agents. To them, the opportunity to improve their communities makes their job worthwhile.

2. A ringing telephone. The only thing our agents don't work as hard at as other agents is recruiting clients. The CoHo Team has been well-received by the public, so while other agents are knocking on doors, making phone calls, and mailing out advertisements, we're buying and selling houses for people who called us.
