Advice from our Norwegian friend G. K. ("Gecko") Resaland:

"If you want to be a good runner, it is not enough to just run! Running is half the job; doing the recovery part is equally important."

"After training, you must eat the right foods, drink the right beverages, get enough rest and sleep, care for injuries ... and no monkey business!"

"Remember: if you don't do the recovery part in your training, you will never be more than mediocre!"
